Privacy notice

Last updated 16/10/2026

BAYi is a Bunkerbay product. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and when we talk to you about BAYi, what we do with it and the rights you have. We've kept it as plain as we can. If anything's unclear, email [email protected].

Who we are

Bunkerbay Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. We're registered in England and Wales (company no. 15965339) at Unique House, 156 Stanley Green Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 3AH. Our ICO registration number is TBC.

Bunkerbay also runs golf simulator venues. If you're a Bunkerbay golfer, the Bunkerbay privacy policy covers your bookings. This notice covers BAYi.

If you're a golfer at a venue that uses BAYi

When you call, WhatsApp or text a venue that uses BAYi, the venue decides how your data is used. It is the controller and we act as its processor, under a written contract. BAYi uses your phone number, what you say or type, and your booking details to answer you, manage your booking and restart the bay you're playing in. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the venue can check what was said.

The venue's own privacy notice tells you more, including how long it keeps your conversations. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, contact the venue. If you contact us, we'll pass your request to them.
