Built by operators, with AI specialists in the team.

Craig and Brad opened Bunkerbay in Poole, then Christchurch. They were the ones answering WhatsApps at midnight and refunding frozen bays. Then Ben Cuervo, an AI entrepreneur, joined Bunkerbay with Nathan Cuervo. The two of them run the AI side together, and the four of them built BAYi to fix those problems in their own venues first.

I already have a booking system.

Good. BAYi plugs into YourGolfBooking today and handles the conversations around it: what's free, what time they're booked in, where to change it. Other booking systems connect by webhook, so tell us what you use.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Anything it can't handle goes to you on WhatsApp or SMS, with the conversation attached. You pick it up from there.

Will it switch a bay off with someone in it?

No. Power follows booking state, and the bay stays on until the session ends.

I don't have fancy control kit.

You don't need it to start. Phase 1 runs on what you have. Phase 2 adds the control layer when you're ready.

What does it cost?
