Every week we record which bays are booked on venues' public online booking pages, hour by hour. Nothing comes from inside your system.
We compare like with like.
Occupancy runs against each venue's published opening hours. 24/7 sites are measured 08:00 to 20:00, so they're compared fairly.
We keep everyone anonymous.
Competitors appear as A and B. Your venue is never named in anyone else's report.

Where do the numbers come from?
Public availability on venues' online booking pages, recorded every week since September 2025 across 160 UK venues. It's the same view any customer sees when they go to book, collected consistently and added up.
Will my numbers match my own system?
The trend will. The level can differ, because we only see bookings made through the online booking page, not walk-ins or bookings taken over the phone. The method page in every report says exactly what's counted.
What if I'm not on an online booking system you can read?
You get the UK benchmark version instead: what venues like yours are doing, by size and region. Tell us your bookings and we'll compare them for you.
Do my competitors see my numbers?
Not by name. If your venue is near someone who asks for a report, you may appear as Competitor A or B, and that's all.
Can I get it every month?
Yes. The snapshot can come every month for free. Ask us about a monthly full report.
