About us

The site is run by Bunkerbay Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15965339) at Unique House, 156 Stanley Green Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 3AH. BAYi is a Bunkerbay product. Contact us at [email protected].

This site isn't a contract

The site describes BAYi and what it costs. Prices are shown "from" and exclude VAT. Setup is quoted after a site survey, and multi-bay discounts may apply. Nothing on the site is an offer. If you buy BAYi, your written agreement with us sets out the service, the price and both sides' obligations. Where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement wins.

Savings calculator and figures

The savings calculator gives an estimate from the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown under "The maths, in the open". It isn't a quote or a promise of savings. Results at your venue will depend on your customers, your kit, your booking patterns and your energy tariff. Each claim on the site, such as the share of enquiries handled or the energy saved, carries a footnote explaining where it comes from.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk or introduce anything harmful. We can change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our content and brand

The BAYi and Bunkerbay names and logos, the site design, copy and images belong to Bunkerbay Ltd or its licensors. You can share links to the site and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

TrackMan, YourGolfBooking, WhatsApp, Google and other product names belong to their owners. Mentioning them shows what BAYi works with. It doesn't mean they endorse us.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our liability

We provide the site for information. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its content, including the calculator. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
